Eligibility and Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 444cd. Players who already hold an active account must not register a new one. If you have lost access to your existing account, please use the account recovery process rather than creating a new registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 444cd will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at the email address listed in the footer and change your password from a secure device as soon as possible.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

444cd supports multiple payment methods suited to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the platform are governed by the following terms. Players are advised to review these terms carefully before initiating any deposit or withdrawal.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 444cd is ৳100. There are no processing fees charged by 444cd on deposits. Funds are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any fees incurred.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 444cd account. 444cd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Currency

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player who has previously held a 444cd account — even if that account was later closed — is not considered a new player and is not eligible for any welcome bonus offer.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444cd platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

  1. Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to a 444cd account by any person under 21.
  2. Identity fraud: Providing false or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.

If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited. 444cd's determination in such matters is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 444cd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 444cd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any 444cd content without express prior written permission from 444cd.

Game content available on 444cd is provided under licence from the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Limitation of Liability

Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 444cd will attempt to notify the registered player before applying a dormancy fee. Where applicable, dormancy fees will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their account active.
